At Meadows we are dedicated to assisting your loved ones to live as independently as possible within their own homes, in the community. However if the time should come that you feel it is no longer safe for this to be an option, then we are here to help you through this journey.

It can be incredibly daunting when taking the first steps into Domiciliary or Residential care and there are many different elements to consider when choosing the correct support for your loved one.

Meadows consultancy service is here to help you and your family with the challenges of aging safely. We help create a plan and implement solutions so that you have more quality time to spend with your loved ones. We assess, synchronize and take proactive steps to provide the best care for your loved one.

We offer 3 different stages of consulting:

Initial telephone discovery call which can include advice, signposting and providing you with all relevant information to assist you in your decision making.
A full telephone consultation to include a written report and guidance on all potential care services that may be suitable with your loved one.
A face to face assessment to include a full report, a full vetting of potential care services and the benefit of an accompanied visit to all short listed care services to help with your final decision.

Bespoke service

Our services are always tailored to peoples' needs and wishes. If you feel that there are any specific needs that are not within our consultancy services then we will be happy to discuss your individual requirements and implement them into your chosen plan.
